Moves - Owners & Tenants

Moves must be scheduled one week in advance.  

Do NOT use both elevators in the move. One is reserved and protected for your move, while the other remains to be shared by all the other residents.

Moves are permitted Monday to Saturday except holidays. Since the three allotted hours cannot be extended, it is strongly recommended to hire professional movers. There is a maximum of 1 Move in/out per day.  

Unscheduled moves are a bylaw violation. Video evidence will be used to fine the owners of the suite.
